At the 2019 event of Annyeong Thailand Sawadee Korea, which is a cultural exchange program between the Korean government and the Thai government, we performed turnkey tasks for planning, managing, and operating the event. The event lasted from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., followed by programs and performances that constantly caught the attention of the audience throughout the event. We designed and operated large-scale events that integrate online and offline, such as Girls' Generation's Yuri performance, Korean traditional performance, Thai singers, influencers' participation events, creative photo zones, and online pre-post-promotion. Besides, we were able to promote more through our online media. We reached more than 5 million users regarding the event, created more than 1 million video views related to the event, and recruited about 500 volunteers online. 한국 정부와 태국 정부의 문화교류 프로그램으로 진행되는, 안녕 타일랜드 싸왓디 코리아 2019년 행사에서 당사는 행사의 기획, 관리, 운영의 턴키 업무를 일괄 수행하였습니다. 행사는 12시부터, 저녁 7시까지 이어졌으며, 행사 내내 끊김없이 관객들의 이목을 사로잡는 프로그램과 공연이 이어졌습니다. 소녀시대의 유리 공연, 한국 전통 공연단, 태국 전통 공연단, 태국 가수, 인플루언셔 참여 이벤트, 크리에이티브 포토존, 온라인 사전 사후 홍보 등 온라인과 오프라인을 통합하는 대형 이벤트를 설계하여 운영하였습니다. 또한, 당사가 보유한 온라인 미디어를 통하여 더 많은 홍보 활동을 진행할 수 있었습니다. 행사 관련하여 5백만명 이상의 사용자에게 도달하고, 1백만 이상의 행사 관련 영상뷰를 만들고, 500명 가량의 자원 봉사 참가자를 온라인으로 모집하였습니다. 보다 자세한 문의는 inquiry@digitalstark.co 로 부탁드립니다.
